I’ve always been a fan of the Centaur. It was there on the first floor of Hodges Library when I was a graduate student, when I worked there on the 6th floor in Systems, and remained there long after I left to go to the College of Communication and Information / School of Information Sciences. I knew it at been removed from the library but I didn’t know much about exactly when or why.
